The invention provides an AI traceability traffic monitoring method and system based on a full-focal-length camera and a millimeter wave radar, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the radar detection data of a target corresponding to a to-be-detected road segment at a previous moment, and the image detection data and radar detection data of the target corresponding to a current moment; determining target trajectory data of at least one vehicle; periodically splicing the obtained image detection data of the target corresponding to the to-be-detected road section to obtain a panoramic image; determining whether an abnormally parked target vehicle exists according to the target trajectory data of the at least one vehicle, and if yes, obtaining the target trajectory data corresponding to the target vehicle; and detecting whether the target vehicle has a traffic accident according to the corresponding target trajectory data and a pre-trained model, and if so, storing the corresponding panoramic image and the target trajectory data so as to provide evidence for the corresponding traffic accident when receiving a query request, thereby realizing rapid determination of the traffic accident and automatic provision of traceability evidence.

    本发明提供了一种基于全焦段摄像头和毫米波雷达的AI溯源交通监测方法和系统,通过获取上一时刻待检测路段对应的目标的雷达检测数据,以及当前时刻对应的目标的图像检测数据和雷达检测数据,从而确定出至少一个车辆的目标轨迹数据;周期性的对获取到的待检测路段对应的目标的图像检测数据进行拼接得到全景图像;根据至少一个车辆的目标轨迹数据确定是否存在异常停车的目标车辆,若是则获取目标车辆对应的目标轨迹数据;根据对应的目标轨迹数据和预先训练好的模型检测目标车辆是否出现交通事故,若是则存储相应的全景图像和目标轨迹数据,以便在接收到查询请求时为相应交通事故提供证据,从而实现快速判定交通事故以及自动提供溯源证据。
