The motor comprises a magnet yoke and an installation plate, the magnet yoke is provided with an outer installation groove and an inner installation groove, coils are installed in the outer installation groove and the inner installation groove, the installation plate is installed on the magnet yoke through a fixing assembly, the fixing assembly is sleeved with a first-stage armature plate, the magnet yoke is provided with a first-stage hole, and a first-stage spring is arranged in the first-stage hole. A brake disc is arranged between the installation plate and the first-stage armature plate, a friction plate is arranged on the brake disc, a shaft sleeve is installed on the brake disc, and a second-stage brake assembly is arranged between the first-stage armature plate and the magnet yoke. The method has the advantage that safety accidents are not prone to occurring.
