When small-amplitude jolting vibration occurs in the flying process, the paying-off guiding system slides along the buffering sliding rail under pulsation impact, vibration of the soft rope is counteracted, and the buffering function is achieved. When an emergency situation that a load exceeds a rated value is encountered during flight, a driving end electromagnetic clutch is electrified, a main driving motor is separated from a winding drum, a braking end electromagnetic clutch is electrified, a disc type brake wheel is meshed with the winding drum, the winding drum enters a galloping mode, and overload buffering is achieved by means of mechanical energy consumption of the disc type brake wheel; after the load returns to normal, the driving end electromagnetic clutch enables the main driving motor to be meshed with the winding drum, the braking end electromagnetic clutch enables the disc type brake wheel to be separated from the winding drum, and the soft cable pay-off system returns to the normal working mode; and the wire cutter can quickly complete the action of cutting the wire, so that emergency parabolic protection is realized.

    本发明属于工业设备技术领域,公开了一种空中拖拽释放回收装置。装置包括软索放线系统、排线随动系统、软索主动张紧系统、放线引导系统和剪线器。当飞行中出现小幅度颠簸振动时,放线引导系统在脉动冲击下沿缓冲滑轨滑动,抵消软索震荡,实现缓冲功能;当飞行中遇到负载超过额定值的紧急情况,驱动端电磁离合器通电,将主驱动电机与卷筒脱开,制动端电磁离合器通电,将盘式刹车轮与卷筒啮合,卷筒进入飞车模式,依靠盘式刹车轮机械耗能实现过载缓冲;当负载恢复正常后,驱动端电磁离合器将主驱动电机与卷筒啮合、制动端电磁离合器将盘式刹车轮与卷筒脱开,软索放线系统恢复正常工作模式;剪线器能够快速完成剪索动作,实现应急抛物保护。
