The invention relates to a battery state of health estimation system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a battery state-of-health estimation system comprising: a database (DB) for receiving and storing a voltage value and a current value of a battery measured at a predetermined cycle during charging of the battery; a parameter extraction unit that extracts at least one parameter for estimating the state of health (SOH) of the battery by calculating a frequency domain response function of the stored voltage value and current value and the rate of change of the voltage and charge capacity of the battery; and a state of health estimation unit that estimates the state of health of the battery using the extracted at least one parameter.
