The high-definition lamp unit (110) emits light having light distribution including a cut-off line. A sensor (120) is provided so as to be able to detect a dynamic component ([theta] d) of a pitch angle during travel of a vehicle body. The controller (200) moves the position of the cut-off line (CL) of the light distribution upward and downward with a predetermined position as a reference (V0) on the basis of the dynamic component ([theta] d) of the pitch angle of the vehicle body.
