The invention discloses a graphene rubber composition for tire treads, and relates to the technical field of graphene and tire rubbers.The rubber composition contains a plurality of diene elastomers, modified graphene masterbatch, reinforcing filler including at least one of carbon black and white carbon black, resin, an activating agent, an accelerant and a vulcanizing agent. According to the graphene rubber composition and the preparation method thereof, modified graphene master batch is used as a raw material, a silane coupling agent is connected to a lamella of the modified graphene master batch, then reduction is performed, and the coupling agent increases the lamella spacing of graphene and participates in a rubber vulcanization reaction, the invention further provides mixing conditions of the graphene rubber composition, and the modified graphene master batch can be uniformly dispersed in the rubber composition; according to the graphene rubber composition, the advantages of large specific surface area, high modulus, good heat dissipation and strong aging resistance of graphene are fully exerted, the graphene rubber composition has a good interface action with rubber, the wear resistance and wet skid resistance of the rubber composition are effectively improved, hysteresis heat generation is reduced, and the graphene rubber composition is suitable for being used as a tread material of aircraft tires, heavy duty tires and high-performance automobile tires.

    本发明公开了轮胎胎面用石墨烯橡胶组合物,涉及石墨烯及轮胎橡胶技术领域,橡胶组合物含有:若干种二烯弹性体,改性石墨烯母胶,增强填料包括炭黑、白炭黑中至少一种,树脂,活化剂,促进剂及硫化剂,改性石墨烯母胶以氧化石墨烯为原料,在其片层上连接硅烷偶联剂,然后还原,偶联剂增大了石墨烯的片层间距,并参与橡胶硫化反应,本发明还提供石墨烯橡胶组合物的混炼条件,改性石墨烯母胶能够在橡胶组合物中均匀分散,充分发挥石墨烯比表面积大、模量高、散热好、抗老化性强优势,与橡胶具有良好的界面作用,有效提升橡胶组合物的耐磨性及抗湿滑性,并降低滞后生热,石墨烯橡胶组合物适合作为航空轮胎、重载轮胎、高性能汽车轮胎的胎面材料。
