The mounting equipment comprises a movable base, and a walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the movable base; the lifting assembly is used for adjusting the height and is mounted on the top surface of the movable base; the adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the electromechanical pipeline; the positioning assembly is used for positioning the electromechanical pipeline; the lifting assembly comprises guide sliding sleeves, shear fork arms and a movable platform, the guide sliding sleeves are arranged on the top face of the movable base and the bottom face of the movable platform respectively, the shear fork arms are arranged in the guide sliding sleeves, one ends of the shear fork arms are fixedly connected with the guide sliding sleeves, and the other ends of the shear fork arms are connected with the guide sliding sleeves in a sliding mode. Workers do not need to go to the high position repeatedly, then the installation process of the electromechanical pipeline is faster and more concise, the height of the movable platform is synchronously adjusted from the four corners of the bottom face of the movable platform in the lifting process, and therefore the stability in the lifting process is improved.

    本发明涉及隧道机电设备管线安装技术领域,具体涉及一种地铁隧道机电管道快速安装设备、安装系统;该安装设备包括移动底座,移动底座的底部设有行走机构;升降组件,用于调节高度,安装在移动底座的顶面;调节组件,用于调节机电管道;定位组件,用于定位机电管道;升降组件包括导向滑套、剪叉臂和移动平台,导向滑套分别设置在移动底座的顶面和移动平台的底面,剪叉臂设置在导向滑套中,剪叉臂的一端与导向滑套固定连接,剪叉臂的另一端与导向滑套滑动连接。工作人员无需多次往复前往高处,进而使得机电管道的安装过程更加快速和简洁,且升降的过程为从移动平台的底面四角处对移动平台的高度进行同步调节,以此提高升降过程中的稳定性。
