The invention provides a fault early warning method, system and device for an elevator door lock contact switch and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: measuring voltage values at two ends of a voltage dropping resistor of an elevator door lock loop according to an automatic voltage measuring device; recording voltage values at two ends of the dropping resistor according to a preset time interval; carrying out differential operation on the voltage value to obtain a voltage change value; giving an initial estimator of the voltage change value, and determining an estimated value of the voltage change value according to the initial estimator of the voltage change value; according to the estimated value of the voltage change value and an exponential smoothing prediction model, obtaining an equation containing a smoothing factor, and performing iterative estimation on the smoothing factor in combination with a minimum residual sum of squares criterion to obtain a fault prediction model; and finally, a fault early warning threshold value of the elevator door lock contact switch is determined according to the fault prediction model and a sliding window statistical method, fault early warning is conducted on the elevator door lock contact switch according to the fault early warning threshold value, and occurrence of elevator door lock faults can be reduced.
