The main steering engine is mounted on the top surface of the electronic bin; the cleaning device is mounted on the bottom surface of the electronic bin; the annular motor frame is connected with the supporting frame; the multi-degree-of-freedom rotor wings are arranged on the middle motor frame; a concave groove is formed in one side of the middle motor frame; the secondary steering engine is mounted in the concave groove; the middle motor frame is connected with the annular motor frame; the attaching mechanism can passively adapt to a multi-section curved surface, and attaching and moving on the surface of the blade are achieved. The fan blade cleaning device can be attached to a fan blade, and efficient cleaning is achieved through tight attachment.
