The invention provides an aviation electric propulsion device integrated with a hydraulic torque conversion mechanism. The aviation electric propulsion device is sequentially composed of a propeller flange, a gearbox, a motor set, an inverter set and a controller low-voltage plate from top to bottom. The lower part of the gear box is connected with an integrated module comprising an oil pump and an oil pump controller close to the motor group, an oil inlet hole of the oil pump is communicated with a lubricating oil pool in the gear box, and the lubricating oil pool is close to the bottom of the gear box; the oil pump further communicates with the propeller hub through a lubricating oil pipeline. A gear of a driving motor is connected with a propeller gear in a meshed mode through a gear box, power is transmitted through the gear, an oil pump and an oil pump controller are integrated at the bottom of the gear box in a combined mode, and the 0-90-degree tilting and propeller pitch changing functions are achieved under the condition that extra weight and cost are almost not paid.

    本发明提供一种集成液压变矩机构的航空电推进装置,从上到下依次由螺旋桨法兰、齿轮箱、电机组、逆变器组、控制器低压板构成;齿轮箱的下部挨着电机组连接有包含油泵和油泵控制器的集成模块,油泵的进油孔连通齿轮箱中的滑油池,滑油池挨着齿轮箱的底部;油泵还通过润滑油管路与螺旋桨毂连通。通过齿轮箱中将驱动电机的齿轮和螺旋桨齿轮啮合连接,通过齿轮传递动力,结合在齿轮箱底部集成油泵和油泵控制器,在几乎不付出额外重量和成本的条件下,完成0‑90度可倾转和螺旋桨变距功能。
