The invention relates to a composite traction rod, a bogie and a railway vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of railway vehicles. The traction rod comprises a composite fiber rod body, a metal end and a wedge-shaped block. The composite fiber rod body is of a quadrangular prism structure and comprises a middle part and two end parts, and the end parts are used for being connected with metal end heads; the composite fiber rod body comprises two groups of opposite side surfaces, and the first group of side surfaces are parallel to each other; the middle parts of the second group of side surfaces are parallel to each other and extend outwards at a set angle at the end part to form a wedge shape; the metal end comprises an inserting groove, the end of the composite fiber rod body is inserted into the inserting groove in the direction perpendicular to the length of the composite traction rod, and the first face is attached to the bottom face of the inserting groove. A wedge-shaped block is installed in the inserting groove, the wedge-shaped block is installed in the inner side face of the inserting groove in the direction from the middle to the end, the composite fiber rod body is restrained in the inserting groove, and the inner surface of the wedge-shaped block is attached to the second face. The composite material traction rod metal end and the carbon fiber rod are assembled together through mixed connection modes such as a wedge-shaped structure, the problem that the connection part is prone to stripping failure is solved, and the connection strength, the compression resistance and the tensile property are improved.

    本发明涉及一种复合材料牵引拉杆、转向架和轨道车辆,属于轨道车辆技术领域。牵引拉杆包括:复合纤维杆体、金属端头和楔形块;复合纤维杆体为四棱柱结构,包括中间部分和两个端部,端部用于与金属端头连接;复合纤维杆体包括两组相对的侧面,第一组侧面互相平行;第二组侧面的中间部分互相平行,在端部呈设定的角度外张,形成楔形;金属端头包括插接槽,复合纤维杆体的端部沿垂直于复合材料牵引拉杆长度的方向插接与插接槽中,第一面与插接槽的底面贴合;插接槽中安装有楔形块,楔形块沿中间向端部的方向安装于插接槽的内侧面中,复合纤维杆体约束于插接槽中,楔形块的内表面与第二面贴合。本发明通过楔形结构等混合连接形式将复合材料牵引拉杆金属端头与碳纤维杆装配在一起,避免了连接部位易发生剥离失效的问题,提高了连接强度、抗压性能和抗拉性能。
