The invention provides a method and a system for detecting a vehicle with aggressive driving behavior in real time. According to the invention, existence of other vehicles in a certain range around the current vehicle is detected, driving behavior information of each of the other vehicles is tracked and recorded, and aggressive driving behaviors (e.g., driving behavior information and driving behavior information) are identified from the recorded driving behavior information. According to the method, the current vehicle can actively take an avoidance behavior to avoid the potential collision risk when the current vehicle with the aggressive driving behavior is identified to be close to the current vehicle, such as frequent lane change, frequent sudden brake, too close distance to other nearby vehicles, irregular steering in the lane and the like, so that the current vehicle can actively take the avoidance behavior when the identified vehicle with the aggressive driving behavior is close to the current vehicle.
