According to the method, whether the battery needs to be heated or not is determined by detecting the running temperature of the electric driving system in the battery, and if the battery needs to be heated, the corresponding battery heating method is further selected according to the temperature information, so that the human cost and the influence of subjective factors on the treatment result are effectively reduced.
