The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile suspensions, and relates to an adjusting device, a multi-connecting-rod suspension, a vehicle and a multi-connecting-rod suspension design method.The adjusting device is connected between an auxiliary frame and a longitudinal swing arm of the multi-connecting-rod suspension and comprises an adjusting bolt, an adjusting nut, an adjusting gasket and a first adjusting support; the first adjusting support is provided with a first arc-shaped rack and a first arc-shaped hole, the rod portion of the adjusting bolt penetrates through the longitudinal swing arm, the first arc-shaped hole and the adjusting gasket, the adjusting gasket is fixed to the adjusting bolt, and the outer ring of the adjusting gasket is provided with a gear ring meshed with the first arc-shaped rack; when the adjusting nut is unscrewed, the adjusting gasket can be driven to move along the first arc-shaped rack by rotating the adjusting bolt, so that the rod part of the adjusting bolt slides along the first arc-shaped hole, the relative position of the auxiliary frame and the longitudinal swing arm is adjusted, and the adjustment of the trim center of the multi-connecting-rod suspension is achieved. According to the adjusting device, the development time and cost for repeatedly manufacturing sample pieces and adjusting the base plate in the later period can be reduced.

    本发明属于汽车悬架技术领域,涉及一种调节装置、多连杆悬架、车辆及多连杆悬架设计方法,调节装置连接在副车架与多连杆悬架的纵摆臂之间,包括调节螺栓、调节螺母、调节垫片及第一调节支架;第一调节支架上设置有第一弧形齿条及第一弧形孔,调节螺栓的杆部穿过纵摆臂、第一弧形孔及调节垫片,调节垫片固定在调节螺栓上,调节垫片的外圈设置有与第一弧形齿条啮合的齿圈;拧松调节螺母时,通过旋转调节螺栓能够驱使调节垫片沿着第一弧形齿条运动,以使得调节螺栓的杆部沿第一弧形孔滑动,进而调整副车架与纵摆臂的相对位置,以实现多连杆悬架纵倾中心的调节。该调节装置,能够减少后期反复制作样件和底盘调校的开发时间和成本。
