The invention discloses an intelligent tire state information monitoring method and system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the pressure intensity and temperature in a tire, and the average value of the radial acceleration of a tread, and calibrating the initial value of the acceleration according to the temperature in the tire; setting a threshold value according to the average value and the initial value of the radial acceleration; intercepting a tire grounding process according to a set threshold value, and rotating for one circle to obtain an acceleration sample value; calculating the grounding time and the time when the tire rotates by one circle by using the obtained acceleration sample value and a preset sampling frequency; constructing a vertical load model according to the obtained parameters of the tire pressure, the grounding time and the time of rotating the tire by one circle; and embedding the constructed vertical load model into the system, and collecting data in real time to monitor tire state information in real time. According to the method, the tire information is collected and the model is constructed, so that the information such as the vertical load of the tire is perceived and evaluated, and the method is a new thought for improving the control quality of the whole vehicle and adapting to the self-diagnosis maintenance level of automatic or unmanned vehicles in the future.

    本发明公开了一种智能轮胎状态信息监测方法及系统,包括采集轮胎内压强、温度,以及胎面径向加速度的平均值,并根据胎内温度校准加速度初始值;根据径向加速度的平均值和初始值设置阈值;根据设置的阈值截取轮胎接地过程和旋转一圈,得到的加速度样本值;利用得到的加速度样本值和预设的采样频率计算接地时间和轮胎旋转一圈时间;根据得到的胎压、接地时间和轮胎旋转一圈时间的参数构建垂直载荷模型;将构建的垂直载荷模型嵌入系统,并实时采集数据进行轮胎状态信息实时监测。本发明通过采集轮胎信息并构建模型,从而实现感知评估轮胎垂直载荷等信息,是提高整车控制品质,以及适应将来自动或无人驾驶车辆自诊断维护水平等的新思路。
