The embodiment of the invention provides a charging and swapping cabinet power distribution management system under a regional power distribution network, the system comprises a charging and swapping cabinet, a central management platform and a mobile terminal, and the charging and swapping cabinet is in bidirectional wireless communication with the central management platform and the mobile terminal; the central management platform is used for managing the overall operation condition of all the charging and swapping cabinets in a regional power distribution network, storing the overall operation condition data in a database, generating a power utilization instruction according to a received power utilization demand instruction sent by a user mobile terminal, and issuing the power utilization instruction to the charging and swapping cabinets; a plurality of charging and swapping cabinets; and the mobile terminal is used for sending a user power consumption demand instruction to the central management platform and displaying power consumption information. According to the invention, based on the operation load of the power of the power distribution network, the electric quantity is intelligently distributed, low-cost economical operation is satisfied, the adaptability of the charging and swapping cabinet under the power grid and the operation efficiency of the charging and swapping cabinet are improved, and the user experience is improved.

    本公开实施例提供一种区域配电网下的充换电柜配电管理系统,所述系统包括:充换电柜、中心管理平台和移动终端,所述充换电柜分别与所述中心管理平台、所述移动终端进行双向无线通信;所述中心管理平台,用于管理区域配电网下所有充换电柜的整体运行情况,并将所述整体运行情况数据存储于数据库中,并且根据接收到的用户移动终端发送的用电需求指令生成用电指令并下发至所述充换电柜;充换电柜,为若干个;所述移动终端,用于向所述中心管理平台发送用户用电需求指令和显示用电信息。本公开基于配电网电力的运行负荷,智能化地分配电量且满足低成本经济运行,提高电网下的充换电柜的适应能力和充换电柜的运行效率,提升用户体验。
