The invention discloses a cascade hub ship lockage plan intelligent scheduling method, which comprises intelligent scheduling of a rolling pre-plan, a security check plan and a dam-crossing operation plan, and specifically comprises the following steps: extracting an intelligent scheduling scene library according to a ship dam-crossing operation process and an artificial plan manual; based on the intelligent scheduling scene library, designing intelligent scheduling constraint conditions, including a rolling pre-plan constraint condition, a security check plan constraint condition and a dam-crossing operation plan constraint condition; and based on the intelligent scheduling constraint condition, designing an intelligent scheduling framework which comprises a rolling pre-planning intelligent scheduling framework, a security check planning intelligent scheduling framework and a dam-crossing operation planning intelligent scheduling framework. Through construction of an intelligent scheduling scene library, constraint conditions and design of an intelligent scheduling framework, complete cascade hub ship lockage plan content is formed, and the defects of a current scheduling system and manpower can be made up, so that the intelligent level of the plan is improved.

    本发明公开了一种梯级枢纽船舶过闸计划智能调度方法,包含滚动预计划、安检计划以及过坝作业计划的智能调度,具体包括以下步骤:根据船舶过坝作业流程及人工计划手册,提取智能调度场景库;基于所述智能调度场景库,设计智能调度约束条件,包括滚动预计划约束条件、安检计划约束条件以及过坝作业计划约束条件;基于所述智能调度约束条件,设计智能调度框架,包括滚动预计划智能调度框架、安检计划智能调度框架及过坝作业计划智能调度框架。通过智能调度场景库的构建,约束条件以及智能调度框架的设计,形成完整的梯级枢纽船舶过闸计划内容,能够弥补当前调度系统和人工的不足,从而提高计划的智能化水平。
