The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent fault alarm, and particularly discloses a charging pile node fault alarm system and method, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a current and voltage signal oscillogram of each wire in a charging pile through employing a sensor, extracting a feature matrix through employing a convolutional neural network, and then carrying out the detection of a fault of the charging pile node; a charging global feature matrix is obtained by fusing the current feature matrix and the voltage feature matrix, an adjacent matrix is constructed to represent the series-parallel connection relation between the electric wires, then the charging global feature matrix and the adjacent feature matrix are fused by using a graph neural network model to obtain an optimized topological global feature vector, and finally, the optimized topological global feature vector is obtained. The optimized topology global feature vectors are classified through the classifier to judge whether the charging pile breaks down or not, and early warning is generated in time, so that the fault of the charging pile can be detected in time, damage and fire disasters are prevented, and safety is ensured.
