The invention discloses a cold bonding type spring cushion for an automobile, which relates to the technical field of spring cushions, comprises a mounting body and a spring, and is characterized in that a containing groove for containing the spring and a mounting opening for mounting the spring in the containing groove are formed in the top surface of the mounting body, and the containing groove and the mounting opening are both coaxial with the mounting body; the sum of the corresponding central angles of the installation opening and the containing groove is 360 degrees, and a bonding layer used for bonding the spring is arranged in the containing groove. By the adoption of the structure, the containing groove is paved with the bonding layer, the bottom end of the spring is screwed into the containing groove from the mounting opening till one end of the spring makes contact with the stopping part, the stopping part plays a role in limiting the spring and prevents the spring from sliding laterally, the boss clamps the bottom end of the spring, and the spring is prevented from falling off in the transportation process; and the bonding layer is stored between the bosses on the containing groove, the mounting body and the spring are connected more firmly through the bonding layer, and the mounting body and the spring are completely attached through the bonding layer.

    本发明公开了一种汽车用冷粘接式弹簧垫,涉及弹簧垫技术领域,包括安装体和弹簧,其特征在于:安装体顶面开设有用于容纳弹簧的容纳槽和用于将弹簧安装到容纳槽中的安装开口,容纳槽和安装开口均与安装体同轴,且安装开口与容纳槽对应的圆心角相加为360°,容纳槽内装用于黏合弹簧的有黏合层。本发明采用上述结构,通过将黏合层铺满容纳槽,将弹簧的底端从安装开口璇进容纳槽,直到弹簧的一端与止挡部接触,止挡部对弹簧起限位作用,防止弹簧侧向滑动,凸台对弹簧的底端卡接,防止弹簧在运输过程中出现掉落脱出的问题,容纳槽上的凸台之间储存有黏合层,黏合层使得安装体和弹簧连接更牢固,且黏合层使得安装体和弹簧完全贴合。
