The invention relates to a large crane pipe lifting oil cylinder hydraulic system, which comprises an oil storage tank and is provided with a filter, so that impurities of filtered hydraulic oil cannot be remained in a first oil pump and a hydraulic oil cylinder in a system re-circulation process, and the overall service life of the system is prolonged. When the hydraulic system breaks down or is overloaded, the overflow valve opens the channel, liquid is allowed to flow back to the oil tank, and therefore the system is prevented from being damaged or other parts are prevented from being overloaded. The double motors and the double pumps in the system can be switched to work, when one motor or pump breaks down, the other motor or pump works normally, and normal operation of the system is guaranteed. The first hydraulic assembly and the second hydraulic assembly are selectively started and stopped so that the two vertical pipes can independently ascend and descend. And the hydraulic oil flows back to the oil storage tank after entering the oil return pipeline along the first flow guide branch and the second flow guide branch respectively through the first emergency cut-off valve and the second emergency cut-off valve. Hydraulic oil timely flows back to the liquid storage tank, leakage of heavy hydraulic oil of the system is avoided, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the safety performance of the equipment is improved. The safety of equipment and workers is improved, and accidents are reduced.

    本发明是一种大鹤管升降油缸液压系统,包括储油箱,通过设有过滤器,经过滤后的液压油在系统重循环过程中,不会将杂质残留在第一油泵和液压油缸中,提高系统的整体使用寿命。当液压系统发生故障或超负荷时,溢流阀会打开通道,允许液体流回油箱,以防止系统损坏或其他部件过载。系统中双电机,双泵可以切换工作,当其中一组电机或者泵出故障时,另一组电机和泵正常工作,保证系统的正常运行。第一液压组件和第二液压组件选择性的启停可实现两个垂管进行相互独立的上升和下降的过程。且第一紧急切断阀和第二紧急切断阀,液压油沿第一导流分路和第二导流分路分别进入回油管路后,回流到储油箱。液压油及时回流到储液箱,避免系统重液压油的泄漏,延长设备使用寿命,提高设备的安全性能。提高了设备和工人的安全性,减少了意外事故的发生。
