The invention relates to the field of ships, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a galvanized steel sheet and a ship applying the galvanized steel sheet. The preparation method of the galvanized steel plate comprises the following steps that S1, a steel plate is subjected to polishing treatment, acid pickling, water washing and plating assistant treatment, and a pretreated steel plate is obtained; s2, the pretreated steel plate is placed in a galvanizing solution at the temperature of 490-530 DEG C to be soaked for galvanizing, then water cooling and drying are conducted, then the pretreated steel plate is placed in a galvanizing solution at the temperature of 490-530 DEG C to be soaked for secondary galvanizing, then the pretreated steel plate is taken out, insulating resin particles are evenly sprayed on the surface of the pretreated steel plate, the insulating resin particles are subjected to hot melting dispersion to form an insulating film, and a semi-finished product is prepared; s3, the semi-finished product is cooled, passivated and dried, and the galvanized steel sheet is obtained; the device is applied to ships. The galvanized steel sheet has the advantages of being insulated, high in strength and not prone to damage under the thunder and lightning condition, and the service life of the ship is prolonged.
