Described is an adjustable fork comprising:-a main frame (2); -a first branch (5) and a second branch (6) associated with the main frame (2); -a first slide (3) and a second slide (4) associated with the main frame (2) and slidable away from and towards each other along an adjustment direction (X) by a predetermined adjustment stroke. The first branch (5) is associated with the first slide (3) and can slide along the adjustment direction (X) by a predetermined adjustment stroke; the second branch (6) is associated with the second slide (4) and can slide along the adjustment direction (X) by a predetermined adjustment stroke.
