The invention relates to a low-rotating-speed instability suppression valve for a motor. The technical problem that an existing motor is unstable in running at a low speed is greatly solved. The hydraulic suppression valve is arranged on a system hydraulic pipeline of a motor and comprises a suppression valve assembly, the suppression valve assembly comprises a valve shell with a movable cavity, a suppression valve element is movably arranged in the movable cavity in the axial direction, a first oil port is formed in one end of the suppression valve element, a second oil port is formed in the outer side of the valve shell, and an elastic jacking structure is arranged at one end of the suppression valve element. A plurality of oil hole sets are formed in the outer side of the restraining valve element, the outer side of the restraining valve element is sleeved with a valve sleeve body which is movably connected with the restraining valve element and can seal the oil hole sets, and a throttling assembly is arranged on the inner side and/or the outer side of the restraining valve element. The invention has the advantages that: when the motor enters a low speed, the suppression valve assembly can actively isolate the motor from the system hydraulic pipeline, so that the situation that the system hydraulic pipeline participates in the low-speed unstable process of the motor in a large volume is avoided, and meanwhile, when the motor is in a non-low-speed section, the suppression valve core is completely opened, and the high-speed larger throttle pipe resistance loss of the motor is prevented.
本发明涉及一种马达低转速不稳抑制阀。它大幅改善了现有马达低速时运行不稳定的技术问题。设置在马达的系统液压管路上,包括抑制阀组件,抑制阀组件包括具有活动腔体的阀壳体,活动腔体内轴向活动设有抑制阀芯,抑制阀芯一端具有第一油口且阀壳体外侧具有第二油口,抑制阀芯一端设有弹性顶压结构,在抑制阀芯外侧设有若干油孔组且在抑制阀芯外侧套设有与抑制阀芯活动相连且能将油孔组封闭的阀套体,且抑制阀芯内侧和/或外侧设有节流组件。优点在于:在马达进入低速时,抑制阀组件能主动将马达和系统液压管路隔离开,这样就避免了系统液压管路大容积参与马达的低速不稳过程,同时在马达非低速段时,抑制阀芯完全打开,防止马达出现高速较大的节流管阻损耗。
