The invention discloses a lifting arm mechanism applied to a multimodal transport container. The lifting arm mechanism comprises a lifting oil cylinder, a movable arm, a movable arm oil cylinder and an arm frame structure, the boom structure comprises a basic boom, a telescopic boom capable of being connected to the basic boom in a sliding mode and a telescopic driving piece, the telescopic driving piece is connected with the telescopic boom and drives the telescopic boom to slide relative to the basic boom so as to achieve stretching and retracting, and the telescopic boom is provided with a connecting base; the first end of the lifting oil cylinder is rotationally connected to the loading and unloading machine, and the second end is rotationally connected to the basic arm; the movable arm is provided with a first connecting arm, a second connecting arm and a third connecting arm, the first connecting arm and the third connecting arm are matched to form an inverted V-shaped structure, the first connecting arm is rotationally connected to the loading and unloading machine, the first end of the movable arm oil cylinder is rotationally connected to the loading and unloading machine, the second end of the movable arm oil cylinder is rotationally connected to the third connecting arm, and the second connecting arm is rotationally connected to the basic arm. The lifting arm mechanism has the advantages that the lifting arm mechanism comprises the lifting oil cylinder, the movable arm, the movable arm oil cylinder and the arm frame structure, the arm frame structure comprises the basic arm, the telescopic arm and the telescopic driving piece, lifting is achieved through the cooperation of the two oil cylinders and the telescopic structure, the structural stability is high, and the position accuracy is high.
