The invention relates to the technical field of daily operation and safety supervision of elevator equipment, and provides a system and method for comprehensively evaluating the safety of an elevator, and the system comprises a data acquisition terminal, a message bus, a data analysis module and an analysis result presentation module; the data acquisition terminal acquires various parameter data in the elevator running process; reporting the collected parameter data to a corresponding theme of a message bus through an MQTT protocol; the data analysis module is used for acquiring and storing latest reported data in real time and evaluating the safety of the elevator in combination with current and historical data; and the analysis result presentation module visually presents the safety evaluation result of the elevator. According to the system and the method, various parameters in the elevator running process are collected through a sensor, a model is established to describe the real-time safety rating grade of the elevator, the overall safety rating of the elevator is obtained by summarizing the rating grades in a time period, and meanwhile potential fault risk points of the elevator are effectively recognized.

    本发明涉及电梯设备的日常运营和安全监管技术领域,提出一种对电梯安全性进行综合评价的系统和方法,系统包括数据采集终端、消息总线、数据分析模块、分析结果呈现模块四个部分;数据采集终端采集电梯运行过程的各种参数数据;将采集到的参数数据通过MQTT协议上报到消息总线的相应主题;数据分析模块实时获取和保存最新的上报数据,并结合当前和历史的数据进行电梯安全性评价;分析结果呈现模块直观呈现电梯的安全性评价结果。本发明的系统和方法通过传感器采集电梯运行过程中的各项参数,建立模型来刻画电梯的实时安全评分等级,通过对一个时间段内的评分等级进行汇总,得出电梯整体的安全评级,同时有效识别电梯潜在的故障风险点。
