The invention discloses a shape memory reversible plugging pin puller, and belongs to the technical field of spaceflight locking and releasing mechanisms. Comprising a locking base, a locking pin with the tail installed on the locking base in a sliding mode, a two-way shape memory alloy spring connected between the locking pin and the locking base, and a shape memory polymer composite material locking sheet layer. Reversible plugging and in-place locking are realized by utilizing the synergistic effect of the two-way shape memory alloy spring and the shape memory polymer composite material locking sheet layer. Reversible plugging is realized by means of cooperation of the two-way shape memory alloy spring and the shape memory polymer composite material sheet layer, operation can be carried out in a safe environment without initiating explosive devices such as explosive bolts, and the device has the capability of carrying out multiple tests on a heavy mechanism. The locking device is especially suitable for application occasions needing repeated releasing and locking.
