The wind resistance adjusting device comprises an on-satellite mounting surface, a first windward side, a first windward side fixing structure, a second windward side, a second windward side fixing structure, a windward side connecting shaft, a motor, an elastic component and a pulling component, the first windward side and the second windward side are fixed to the first windward side fixing structure and the second windward side fixing structure respectively, a motor is arranged between the satellite mounting surface and the first windward side fixing structure, and the first windward side fixing structure and the second windward side fixing structure are connected through a windward side connecting shaft. An elastic component is arranged on the windward side connecting shaft, and a pulling component is arranged between the on-satellite mounting surface and the windward side connecting shaft; the first windward side and the second windward side are unfolded and folded through the combined action of the motor, the pulling component and the elastic component. The device is installed on the ultra-low orbit satellite, so that the windward side of the satellite is changed, the aerodynamic resistance borne by the satellite is adjusted, and then the attitude of the satellite is adjusted through the resistance.
