The invention discloses a long-voyage large-load turbojet power manned vertical take-off and landing aircraft layout which comprises a riding cabin, telescopic variable wingspan wings, undercarriages, a turbojet vector lift engine cabin and turbojet thrust engines. The riding cockpit serves as a structural body and is located in the center of the aircraft, the bottom of the riding cockpit is connected with the telescopic variable-wingspan wings, the four turbojet vector lift engine cabins are vertically arranged at the front corner, the rear corner, the left corner and the right corner, connected with the telescopic variable-wingspan wings, of the cockpit, and turbojet thrust engines and air inlet and outlet channels of the turbojet thrust engines are horizontally buried in the middles of the wings in the front-back direction. Undercarriages are arranged on the two sides of the turbojet thrust engine; the telescopic variable wingspan wings give consideration to take-off and landing stability and cruise economy requirements through telescopic changes, and in addition, the end plates are additionally arranged on the wing tips, so that cruise flight induced resistance can be reduced, and wingtip scratching can be prevented. Large-load/long-voyage flight capability, controllability and stability are considered, the attitude of a driver and the attitude of the aircraft are decoupled, the attitude of the aircraft can be controlled through somatosensory, and the requirement for operation of the driver is low.
