The invention discloses a blade noise reduction method, a blade tip assembly, a rotor and a rotorcraft, and relates to the technical field of rotorcraft noise reduction device.The blade noise reduction method comprises the steps that S1, blades, needing noise reduction, of the rotorcraft are machined into basic blades; s2, according to the flying working condition of the rotorcraft, the type of aerodynamic noise with the largest influence in the whole flight envelope is evaluated, and the type of a blade tip assembly capable of reducing the aerodynamic noise is determined; s3, designing specific parameters of the blade tip assembly; s4, the blade tip assembly is installed on the basic blade to form a complete blade; the basic blade is the residual part of the blade after the blade tip is removed; the blade tip assembly is used for being installed in an original blade tip area of the blade so as to form a new blade tip of the basic blade. The blade tip assembly manufactured through the method can reduce the aerodynamic noise which has the largest influence in the flight envelope of the rotor craft, the whole blade does not need to be designed, machined and installed, and the design cost, the machining cost and the installation cost are saved.

    本发明公开一种桨叶降噪方法、桨尖组件、旋翼及旋翼飞行器,涉及旋翼飞行器降噪设备技术领域,桨叶降噪方法包括步骤S1,将需要降噪的旋翼飞行器的桨叶加工成基础桨叶;步骤S2,据旋翼飞行器的执飞工况,评估整个飞行包线中影响最大的气动噪声类型,确定能对该气动噪声进行降噪的桨尖组件的类型;步骤S3,设计桨尖组件的具体参数;步骤S4,将桨尖组件安装在基础桨叶上形成完整桨叶;基础桨叶为桨叶去除桨尖后的剩余部分;桨尖组件用于安装在桨叶的原桨尖区域,以构成基础桨叶的新桨尖;本发明通过上述方法制造出桨尖组件,即可对旋翼飞行器飞行包线中影响最大的气动噪声进行降噪,无需设计、加工、安装整个桨叶,节省了设计、加工和安装的成本。
