The invention provides a shock-proof lifting mechanism and a bicycle. The inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe and comprises an inner channel, and an outer channel is formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The piston is inserted into the inner pipe, divides the inner channel into a first cavity and a second cavity, and comprises at least one piston flow channel. The lifting control rod is movably inserted into the piston and used for opening or closing the piston flow channel. The tail plug is arranged at one end of the inner pipe and comprises at least one tail plug flow channel. The shock absorption control valve is coupled to the tail plug and used for opening or closing the tail plug flow channel. When the lifting control rod enables the piston flow channel to be opened, oil flows from the first cavity to the second cavity. When the shock-proof control valve enables the tail plug flow channel to be opened, the piston is pressed to enable the oil body to flow to the outer channel from the second cavity, and gas is compressed to generate a shock-proof effect. Therefore, the functions of lifting and shock absorption are achieved.

    本发明提供一种避震升降机构及自行车。内管设置于外管内,内管包含内通道,且内管与外管之间形成外通道。活塞插设于内管,且将内通道区分为第一腔室及第二腔室,活塞包含至少一活塞流道。升降控制杆可动地插设于活塞内,且用以开启或封闭活塞流道。尾塞设置于内管的一端且包含至少一尾塞流道。避震控制阀门耦合于尾塞,且用以开启或封闭尾塞流道。其中,升降控制杆使活塞流道开启时,油体自第一腔室流往第二腔室;避震控制阀门使尾塞流道开启时,活塞受压使油体由第二腔室流往外通道,且气体被压缩以产生避震效果。借此达升降及避震功能。
