The invention discloses a drawer type honeycomb anti-creeper of an aluminum alloy honeycomb material filling structure. The drawer type honeycomb anti-creeper comprises an anti-creeper toothed plate assembly, a guide side wall, an aluminum honeycomb energy absorption element and a rear end guide barrel assembly. The anti-creeping toothed plate assembly and the aluminum honeycomb energy-absorbing element are connected with each other, sleeved with the guide side wall and then placed into the rear end guide barrel assembly to be fixed, and a drawer type structure is formed. The anti-creeping toothed plate assembly is located at the front end of the drawer type honeycomb anti-creeper and used for being in stress contact. The aluminum honeycomb energy absorption element is of a thin-wall honeycomb columnar structure, and honeycombs are formed by stacking regular and ordered rectification deformation. Compared with an existing anti-creeper manufacturing technology, the anti-creeper has the advantages that the energy absorption efficiency is improved, impact fluctuation is stable, the installation structure is simple, and meanwhile the installation space of a vehicle body is greatly optimized by reducing the structural size of the device; the product quality is obviously superior to that of an existing energy absorption pipe type anti-creeper structure, and the energy absorption pipe type anti-creeper structure has incomparable prospects in maintainability and product light weight.

    本发明公开了一种铝合金蜂窝材料填充结构的抽屉式蜂窝防爬器,包括防爬齿板组件、导向侧壁、铝蜂窝吸能元件和后端导桶组件;防爬齿板组件和铝蜂窝吸能元件相互连接,套入导向侧壁内再置入后端导桶组件固定,形成抽屉式结构;所述防爬齿板组件位于抽屉式蜂窝防爬器前端,用于受力接触;所述铝蜂窝吸能元件为薄壁蜂窝柱状结构,蜂窝为大小规则有序的整流变形堆叠而成。相较于现有防爬器制造技术,本发明的最大特点在于提高了吸能效率、冲击波动平稳,安装结构简单,同时通过减小装置的结构尺寸,极大优化了车体的安装空间等优点;产品质量明显优于现有吸能管式防爬器结构,无论在可维护性还是产品轻量化上,都有着无可比拟的前景。
