The invention relates to routing and extending battery pack life using vibration data, in particular to a computer-implemented method for establishing a map correlating geographic locations with vibration health effects on an electrical energy storage system (2) suitable for providing propulsion power for a vehicle (1), and a computer-implemented method for improving the lifetime of an electrical energy storage system adapted to provide propulsion power for a vehicle to travel on a route from a starting point to a destination to complete a task.
