The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted charger, an electric vehicle, a control method and a computer readable storage medium. The on-board charger includes first and second low voltage DC-DC converters, and a controller. The first low-voltage DC-DC converter is for connection between a high-voltage battery cell and a low-voltage battery cell of a vehicle. The second low-voltage DC-DC converter is used for being connected between the high-voltage battery unit and the low-voltage battery unit. And the controller is used for controlling one of the second low-voltage DC-DC converter and the first low-voltage DC-DC converter to keep electrical connection with the high-voltage battery unit and the low-voltage battery unit, and disconnecting the other one of the second low-voltage DC-DC converter and the first low-voltage DC-DC converter from electrical connection with the high-voltage battery unit and the low-voltage battery unit. The controller is used for controlling the first low-voltage DC-DC converter to keep electrical connection with the high-voltage battery unit and the low-voltage battery unit at least in the charging process of the high-voltage battery unit; and controlling the second low-voltage DC-DC converter to maintain electrical connection with the high-voltage and low-voltage battery units in the non-charging process of the high-voltage battery units.
