According to the tire pressure adjusting method and system based on the double air sources, the controller, the computer readable storage medium and the vehicle, in response to different tire pressure adjusting instructions, one of the double air sources is selected as a system air source, and based on the air source pressure, wheels are made to be located in an inflation loop for inflation or located in a deflation loop for deflation; therefore, active adjustment of the tire pressure of the vehicle wheel is achieved, and the vehicle wheel does not need to be manually inflated and deflated by means of an external tool.
