The invention discloses a power line charging plug for an electric vehicle, which comprises a plug body and a cable, and the cable comprises a live wire, a zero wire, a ground wire current-carrying terminal and a signal wire; a plug inner frame of the plug body is provided with a ground wire current-carrying terminal through hole, a zero wire current-carrying terminal through hole and a live wire current-carrying terminal through hole. The current-carrying terminals respectively penetrate through the current-carrying terminal through holes. Two temperature control switch fixing grooves are formed in the upper surface of the plug inner frame, the first temperature control switch fixing groove provided with the first temperature control switch is formed in one side of the zero line current-carrying terminal through hole, and the second temperature control switch fixing groove provided with the second temperature control switch is formed in one side of the live line current-carrying terminal through hole; a first lead of the first temperature control switch is communicated with the ground wire core, a second lead of the first temperature control switch is communicated with a second lead of the second temperature control switch, and a first lead of the second temperature control switch is communicated with the signal wire. The temperature control switch of the charging plug does not need to be directly connected to a live wire and a zero wire in series, the internal temperature of the plug can be sensed in time, and the cost of the temperature control switch can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车用电源线充电插头,包括插头本体和电缆,所述电缆包括火线、零线、地线载流端子及信号线;插头本体的插头内架上开设有地线、零线、火线载流端子穿孔,载流端子分别贯穿载流端子穿孔;插头内架的上表面有两个温控开关固定槽,安装有第一温控开关的第一温控开关固定槽在零线载流端子穿孔一侧,安装有第二温控开关的第二温控开关固定槽设置在火线载流端子穿孔一侧;所述第一温控开关的引线一与地线线芯连通,所述第一温控开关的引线二和第二温控开关的引线二连通,所述第二温控开关的引线一与信号线连通。本发明充电插头的温控开关不需要直接串连在火线和零线上,且能及时感应插头内部温度,可以降低温控开关的成本。
