The invention belongs to the technical field of marine ship materials, and particularly discloses a steel plate surface hot galvanizing technology and a ship applying a steel plate prepared through the hot galvanizing technology. The steel plate surface hot galvanizing process comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning a steel plate: putting the steel plate to be treated into a cleaning agent, cleaning, then immersing into an ethanol solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, taking out and drying; (2) assistant plating: immersing the treated steel plate in a plating assistant, and dipping; (3) hot galvanizing treatment is conducted, specifically, the steel plate subjected to assistant plating is immersed in zinc liquid for 90-100 s; and (4) passivation is conducted, specifically, the galvanized steel plate is soaked in a passivation solution to be soaked, and the steel plate is obtained. The cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials: deionized water, modified polyacrylonitrile fibers, sodium alginate, modified clay powder, activated carbon, sodium gluconate, potassium hydroxide and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. The surface of the steel plate treated through the hot galvanizing process is clean, hot galvanizing has excellent adhesiveness, and the durability of the steel plate can be improved.
