The invention provides an intelligent early warning device for an electric shock risk during hoisting operation of a crane, which is matched with a grounding wire of the crane and comprises a current threshold triggering device and an alarm device, the current threshold triggering device is mounted on a crane grounding wire, communicates with the alarm device and is used for collecting current flowing through the crane grounding wire in real time during hoisting operation of the crane and generating an early warning signal when it is judged that the collected current is larger than a preset threshold; wherein the preset threshold value is determined based on the safety distance between the crane and the specified electrified body; and the alarm device is arranged far away from the crane grounding wire and is used for carrying out sound-light alarm when receiving the early warning signal generated by the current threshold triggering device. According to the invention, early warning can be carried out on the safety distance of the crane in the electric power operation process.

    本发明提供一种吊车吊装作业时的触电风险的智能预警装置,其与吊车接地线进行配合,包括电流阈值触发装置和报警装置;电流阈值触发装置安装于吊车接地线上并与报警装置建立通信,用于在吊车吊装作业时,实时采集流经吊车接地线上的电流,并待判断所采集到的电流大于预设阈值时,生成预警信号;其中,预设阈值是基于吊车与指定带电体之间的安全距离来决定的;报警装置远离吊车接地线设置,用于在接收到电流阈值触发装置所生成的预警信号时,进行声光报警。实施本发明,能够对吊车在电力作业过程中的安全距离进行预警。
