The invention discloses a deep well overwinding protection device based on a permanent magnet eddy current retarding principle. The overwinding protection device comprises a permanent magnet retarding device, a friction braking device and a protection platform. The permanent magnet retarding device comprises a permanent magnet supporting mechanism and a brake roller mechanism. The friction braking system comprises a steel wire rope supporting mechanism and a friction type overwinding protection device. The protection platform comprises an anti-collision platform, a platform supporting frame and a non-return device. The permanent magnet retarding device is combined with the friction drum type buffer, the retarding braking effect is good, the impact load and damage to the friction drum type buffer are reduced, the service life of equipment is greatly prolonged, the performance of the permanent magnet retarding device is superior to that of a traditional overwinding protection device, and the permanent magnet retarding device can be applied to safe braking of lifting containers of kilometer deep wells and even deep wells exceeding kilometers. And the safety coefficient of the deep well hoisting system is improved.

    本发明公开一种基于永磁涡流缓速原理的深井过卷保护装置,过卷保护装置包括:永磁缓速装置、摩擦制动装置和保护平台。所述永磁缓速装置包括永磁体支撑机构,制动滚轮机构。所述摩擦制动系统包括钢丝绳支撑机构和摩擦式过卷保护装置。所述保护平台包括防撞平台、平台支撑架和逆止装置。本发明的永磁缓速装置结合摩擦卷筒式缓冲器,缓速制动效果较好,减小对摩擦卷筒式缓冲器的冲击载荷和破坏,大大延长了设备的使用寿命,性能优于传统过卷保护装置,可应用于千米深井、甚至是超千米深井的提升容器的安全制动,提高了深井提升系统的安全系数。
