The invention discloses a method for repairing a porthole of an airplane passenger cabin. The method comprises the following steps that S1, factory entering detection is conducted; detecting defects of the passenger cabin porthole of the airplane by adopting a light source incidence method; s2, a suction cup type clamp is installed on the porthole, and the porthole is fixed to a grinding machine to be ground; s3, rechecking the position of the defect; s4, the curing time is 24 hours, the curing state is checked, and grinding and polishing are conducted; and S5, performing final treatment, including checking size conformity and eliminating residual stress. According to the technology, defects are removed through mechanical polishing, residual stress is eliminated, under the condition that the thickness is smaller than the nominal size, the size is recovered through the methods of coating, deposition, printing and gluing, it is guaranteed that the physical and chemical properties meet the national, industrial and OEM standards, repairing of the passenger cabin porthole of the aircraft is achieved, and the operation cost of the aircraft is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种飞机客舱舷窗修理方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1,入厂检测;采用光源入射法对飞机客舱舷窗发生的缺陷进行检测;步骤S2,对舷窗安装吸盘式夹具并固定到磨床上打磨;步骤S3,对缺陷位置进行复查;步骤S4,固化时间24小时,检查固化状态,打磨抛光;步骤S5,最后处理,包括检查尺寸符合性以及消除残余应力。本技术通过机械打磨去除缺陷,消除残余应力,在厚度小于标称尺寸的情况下,通过涂敷、沉积、打印、胶合的方法恢复尺寸并保证其物理、化学性能满足国家、行业、OEM的标准,实现飞机客舱舷窗的修复,降低航空器的运行成本。
