The invention provides a knuckle protector mounting structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle. The knuckle protector mounting structure of the saddle type vehicle is provided with a knuckle protector (50) and a bracket (60) which supports the knuckle protector (50) and is fixed to a handle (21), the bracket (60) is provided with a plurality of mounting parts (80, 82) for mounting the knuckle protector (50), and at least one of the mounting parts (80, 82) is a clamping part (80) for clamping the end part of the knuckle protector (50) from the handle (21) side and the opposite side of the handle (21).
