    本发明涉及汽车零部件结构技术领域,具体地指一种车身管梁结构。包括侧向管梁结构、前管梁和后管梁;侧向管梁结构包括设置于A柱上部和侧围上边梁腔体内部的上管梁以及设置于A柱下部、B柱和门槛腔体内的门环管梁,门环管梁上端与上管梁连接形成封闭式门环框架结构;前管梁沿Y向布置于顶盖前横梁腔体内部,前管梁的两端与两侧的上管梁固定连接;后管梁沿Y向布置于顶盖后横梁腔体内部,后管梁的两端与两侧的上管梁固定连接。本申请的管梁结构简单,通过装配在车身原有的腔体内,可在不增大腔体大小的情况下有效提高车身的强度,有效提升了车身在侧翻时的结构强度,大幅度提升了防侧翻的效果,保证了侧翻发生时车内乘员的安全性。
