The invention provides a running plan compiling method and system for a passenger and freight collinear energy-saving train with the speed of 200 kilometers per hour, and relates to the technical field of railways. Calculating according to the information to obtain train stop energy consumption, train interval operation energy consumption and train operation energy consumption; and a passenger train optimization model and a cargo train optimization model are obtained through calculation. According to the basic principle that the influence of a freight train on a passenger train is required to be reduced as much as possible in the train working diagram compiling process, a 200km/h passenger and freight collinear railway hierarchical decision-making model based on energy conservation and consumption reduction is built, a passenger train operation plan is compiled as an upper layer decision-making, a freight train operation plan is compiled as a lower layer decision-making, and a passenger train operation plan is compiled as a lower layer decision-making. The optimized timetable obtained in the upper-layer decision is used as the input in the lower-layer decision, and the set of the lower-layer decision solutions is limited in the set of the lower-layer decision solutions, so that the common energy saving of the passenger train and the cargo train is realized under the condition that the passenger train and the cargo train are collinear.

    本发明提供了时速200公里客货共线节能列车运行计划编制方法及系统,涉及铁路技术领域,包括获取信息;根据信息计算,得到列车停站能耗、列车区间运行能耗、列车运行能耗;再经过计算得到旅客列车优化模型、货物列车优化模型。本发明根据在列车运行图编制过程中要求尽量减少货物列车对旅客列车影响的基本原理,搭建了基于节能降耗的200km/h客货共线铁路分层决策模型,以旅客列车运行计划编制为上层决策,货物列车运行计划编制为下层决策,上层决策中求得的优化后的时刻表作为下层决策中的输入,限制了下层决策解的集合在下层决策解的集合内,从而在客货共线条件下实现旅客列车和货物列车的共同节能。
