A guide rod is fixedly connected between every two adjacent fixed wrapping posts in the wire box; the charging pile body is used for providing a power source for charging an electric vehicle, the supporting and moving mechanism is used for supporting and moving, and ventilation and heat dissipation are conducted through the ventilation air inlet mechanism and the ventilation air outlet.
