The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle heat management, and discloses a transcritical CO2 heat pump air conditioning system for a vehicle and a control method and device of the transcritical CO2 heat pump air conditioning system. In the transcritical CO2 heat pump air conditioning system for the vehicle, a vortex compression and expansion all-in-one machine comprises a vortex compressor and a vortex expansion machine which are coaxially arranged; the first four-way reversing valve is provided with a port a, a port b, a port c and a port d, and the second four-way reversing valve is provided with a port A, a port B, a port C and a port D; the port a is communicated with the port D through an in-vehicle heat exchanger and an electromagnetic expansion valve; the port A is communicated with the port C through a vortex expansion machine; the port B is communicated with the port c through a first heat exchange channel of the heat regenerator and the heat exchanger outside the vehicle; and the port d is communicated with the port b through the scroll compressor, the second heat exchange channel of the heat regenerator and the oil-gas separation device. According to the invention, the electromagnetic expansion valve is connected in series with the pipeline of the scroll compressor, so that the suction pressure of the scroll compressor can be controlled, and the adverse working conditions of over-expansion and under-expansion of the expansion machine can be avoided.

    本发明属于车辆热管理技术领域,公开了一种车用跨临界CO2热泵空调系统及其控制方法、控制装置;其中,所述车用跨临界CO2热泵空调系统中,涡旋压缩膨胀一体机包括同轴设置的涡旋压缩机和涡旋膨胀机;第一四通换向阀设置有a口、b口、c口、d口,第二四通换向阀设置有A口、B口、C口、D口;a口经车内换热器、电磁膨胀阀与D口相连通;A口经涡旋膨胀机与C口相连通;B口经回热器的第一换热通道、车外换热器与c口相连通;d口经涡旋压缩机、回热器的第二换热通道、油气分离装置与b口相连通。本发明通过将电磁膨胀阀与涡旋膨胀机管路串联,可实现对涡旋压缩机吸气压力的控制,能够避免膨胀机出现“过膨胀”和“欠膨胀”的不利工况。
