One ends of the multiple non-driving side spokes are connected to the non-driving side of the flange, the other ends of the multiple non-driving side spokes are connected to the inner circumference of the rim, the number ratio of the driving side spokes to the non-driving side spokes is 4: 3, and the point positions, located on the rim, of the driving side spokes and the non-driving side spokes are located on the circumference of the same section. Seven driving side spoke point positions and non-driving side spoke point positions on the rim form a group, and the arrangement mode of each group of point positions is driving side spokes, non-driving side spokes, driving side spokes, driving side spokes, non-driving side spokes, driving side spokes and non-driving side spokes.
