    本发明公开一种冲压卷圆成型簧片结构及其应用结构,其采用金属片通过冲压卷圆成型,包括有前环体、后环体以及多个弹片条;本产品冲压卷圆成型簧片结构采用金属片通过冲压卷圆成型,通过将前环体的前端开口设计呈喇叭状,在前环体的后端内侧周缘具有接触起点,接触起点距离前环体的前端面较近,能够实现快速接触而信号导通,满足大部分的信号导通要求,并配合在弹片条的前端内壁形成接触中点,在弹片条的中部内壁形成有接触终点,插针依次接触接触起点、接触中点和接触终点,实现完成持续接触,完全符合GB/T20234中接触导通的要求,能够很好地应用在新能源汽车领域。
