The invention relates to a charging pile scene recognition system utilizing mode switching, which comprises a set analysis device and a mode switching device, when the ratio of the number of curvature numerical values of the second curvature set and the first curvature set which are the same in numerical value to the number of curvature numerical values in the first curvature set exceeds the limit and the imaging blocks occupied by the legs of the human body and the charging wire in the received band elimination filtering image have overlapped parts, the charging wire is used for charging the human body; determining that the legs of the human body are shielded by the charging wire and sending out a first analysis instruction; and the photoelectric alarm device is used for executing a state alarm action corresponding to the condition that the human body touches the charging wire in the charging process when the first analysis instruction is received. The charging pile scene recognition system using mode switching is simple and convenient to operate and stable in operation. A targeted visual analysis mechanism can be adopted to intelligently judge whether the legs of the human body on the charging site are shielded by the charging wire and determine whether corresponding photoelectric alarm operation is carried out, so that the safety and reliability of the charging site are improved.

    本发明涉及一种利用模式切换的充电桩场景识别系统,包括:集合解析器件,用于在第二曲率集合与第一曲率集合数值相同的曲率数值的数量占比第一曲率集合中的曲率数值的数量的比率超限且接收到的带阻滤波图像中人体腿部和充电电线分别占据的成像分块存在重合部分时,确定人体腿部被充电电线遮挡并发出第一解析指令;光电报警器件,用于在接收到第一解析指令时,执行充电过程中人体触碰充电电线对应的状态报警动作。本发明的利用模式切换的充电桩场景识别系统操作简便、运行稳定。由于能够采用针对性的视觉分析机制智能判断充电现场的人体腿部是否被充电电线遮挡并决定是否进行相应的光电报警操作,从而提升了充电现场的安全性和可靠性。
