The invention discloses a device and a method for lifting a special-shaped steel shell decorative plate of a cable-stayed bridge tower column in place. In the device, a tower top working bracket is arranged at the top of the cable-stayed bridge tower column; the at least one pair of lifting stations are arranged on the tower top working bracket at intervals, the decorative plate connecting platform is fixed to the special-shaped steel shell decorative plate lifting section and connected with the tower top working bracket, and the lifting stations are used for positioning and vertically lifting the special-shaped steel shell decorative plate based on the double-layer anchoring device; the decorative plate overturning module is fixed at the joint of the special-shaped steel shell decorative plate lifting section and the special-shaped steel shell decorative plate overturning section, and comprises a pin shaft for hinging the special-shaped steel shell decorative plate lifting section and the special-shaped steel shell decorative plate overturning section; the traction ring is fixed to the bottom of the turning section of the special-shaped steel shell decoration plate, and the turning hinge is connected with the traction ring so as to rotate the turning section of the special-shaped steel shell decoration plate relative to the lifting section of the special-shaped steel shell decoration plate. According to the device, safety is improved, collision is avoided, and procedures are optimized.

    一种斜拉桥塔柱的异形钢壳装饰板提升就位装置及方法,装置中,塔顶工作托架设于斜拉桥塔柱的顶部;至少一对提升站间隔布置于塔顶工作托架上,装饰板连接平台固定于异形钢壳装饰板提升段且连接塔顶工作托架,提升站基于双层锚固装置定位垂直方向升降异形钢壳装饰板;装饰板翻转模块固定于异形钢壳装饰板提升段与异形钢壳装饰板翻转段相接处,装饰板翻转模块包括将异形钢壳装饰板提升段和异形钢壳装饰板翻转段形成铰接形式的销轴;牵引环固定于异形钢壳装饰板翻转段的底部,翻转铰链连接牵引环以相对于异形钢壳装饰板提升段旋转异形钢壳装饰板翻转段。本装置提高安全性、避免碰撞且优化工序。
