The invention discloses a suspension hoisting system for a large high-pressure heater. The suspension hoisting system comprises a hoister for hoisting the high-pressure heater, a lifting hook and a sling for connecting the lifting hook with the hoister. The temporary beam frame is arranged on the high-pressure heater mounting frame and used for mounting the elevator, the carrying table is used for temporarily placing the high-pressure heater in a prone position, the track is used for allowing the carrying table to slide, and the force application mechanism is used for applying acting force to enable the rear end of the high-pressure heater to move forwards in the erecting process of the high-pressure heater. The front end of the high-pressure heater placed on the carrying table in a prone position is located below the elevator. In the hoisting process, the hoister hoists the front end of the high-pressure heater upwards through the sling, the rear end of the high-pressure heater moves forwards under the action of the force application mechanism till the high-pressure heater is vertically erected, and then the high-pressure heater is suspended to the set height. The device has the advantages that a large and overweight long-tank-shaped high-pressure heater can be safely, smoothly and vertically erected and suspended to a set height; the device is simple and convenient to operate.

    本发明公开了一种大型高压加热器垂悬吊装系统,包括用于将高压加热器吊起的提升机,以及吊钩和连接吊钩与提升机的吊索。还包括搭在高压加热器安装架上用于安装提升机的临时梁架、用于以卧姿暂放高压加热器的载台、供载台滑行的轨道和在高压加热器竖立过程中施加作用力使高压加热器的后端前行的施力机构,轨道经过提升机的正下方,以卧姿放置在载台上的高压加热器的前端位于提升机的下方;吊装时,使提升机通过吊索向上吊起高压加热器的前端,在施力机构的作用下使高压加热器的后端前行至高压加热器垂向竖立,再将高压加热器悬吊至设定高度。其优点在于:能够将大型且超重的长罐状高压加热器安全、顺利垂向竖立起来并悬吊至设定高度;装置简单,操作方便。
