The inserting mechanism is installed on the face, facing the car door, of the landing door and comprises a plurality of inserting pins stretching out and drawing back in the direction of the car door. When the telescopic end of the electromagnetic telescopic mechanism is in an extending state, at least one part of the inserting pin is inserted into the inserting hole, so that the electromagnetic telescopic mechanism is jointed with the inserting mechanism; and when the telescopic end of the electromagnetic telescopic mechanism is in a retracted state, the insertion pin is separated from the insertion hole, so that the electromagnetic telescopic mechanism is separated from the insertion mechanism. The invention further discloses an elevator with the electromagnetic type elevator landing door and car door linkage device. The problems and defects that a door knife is prone to abrasion, a door ball is troublesome to install, and a gap needs to be accurately measured are avoided.
